Returns Policy

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all UK orders through Royal Mail. You will receive a pre-printed address label with your order.
If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of returns

Our returns policy-
We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund on products that haven't been opened and have the hygiene seal still in place. If the item is faulty we will be happy to exchange.
However we are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on products that have been used or with the safety seal removed, this is due to hygene reasons.
If your order qualified for a free gift , we must have this returned before we can issue a full refund.

If you are eligible for a refund or exchange this needs to be within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item you can bring it to your local Seckingtons hair salon, or return via your local delivery shop or post office. We do not cover the cost of return shipment costs.
